Crew Lead — Structured Cabling SitePro Solutions | Haskell, TX | Structured Cabling / Low Voltage About the Role SitePro Solutions is seeking an experienced Crew Lead for a structured cabling position based in Haskell, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader to take the next step with a dependable company that specializes in telecommunications and structured cabling — running a crew, driving job quality, and keeping projects on schedule at data center and new construction commercial sites in the local area. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a crew of cable technicians on-site, assigning tasks and keeping work on schedule Pull and route CAT5 or CAT6 cable in data center and new construction commercial environments Terminate phone jacks Dress and terminate distribution frames (66 or 110 blocks, patch panels) Test cable and troubleshoot networking issues Install support structures, including ladders, racks, and J-hooks Review crew work for quality and code compliance before close-out Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers, general contractors, and clients Track job progress, materials, and daily reporting Enforce jobsite safety practices and OSHA compliance across the crew What We're Looking For At least 3 years of structured cabling experience, including prior experience leading or mentoring a crew Ownership of basic cabling tools and

PPE:

punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, hard hat, boots, safety glasses, etc. Strong working knowledge of BICSI, EIA, TIA, or NEC standards Solid understanding of standard color codes Comfort managing a small team, communicating with clients, and troubleshooting problems in the field Commitment to OSHA safety standards Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Haskell, TX area Why SitePro Solutions?
