We're hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader for an established commercial landscaping company in South Carolina. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their way around commercial maintenance and is ready to own a route and a crew for the season. If you're coming from South Texas or out of state, transportation & housing is already lined up so you can focus on working and earning. What you'll get Strong seasonal earnings: $20/hr+ based on experience, with ~40-50 hrs/week expected.

Predictable work:

Full-time schedule through late November, working outdoors with a consistent crew.

Housing handled:

Apartment with basic furnishings, max 2 per room, utilities included; rent is expected to be at $135/week via paycheck deduction.

Real leadership role:

You're the one setting the standard, training, and making sure the route gets done right and on time. What you'll do Lead, train, and supervise a landscape maintenance crew. Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and commercial landscape equipment. Complete assigned maintenance routes on schedule while hitting quality and productivity targets. Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, weed control, and seasonal services. Conduct daily vehicle/equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Enforce safety policies and report any accidents or property damage immediately. Keep your vehicle, trailer, and equipment clean and organized. Communicate customer concerns, property issues, and enhancement opportunities to management. Complete simple paperwork and mobile app documentation accurately and on time. What you need to qualify At least 1 year of experience as a landscape maintenance crew leader (not just crew member). Strong working knowledge of commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and standard maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (MVR).
