We are looking for an experienced Framing Foreman to lead residential framing crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage a team, keep projects on schedule, and maintain high-quality craftsmanship on every build. This is a working foreman position, meaning you will be actively involved in framing while supervising the crew.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise framing crews on residential construction projects Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Coordinate daily tasks and delegate work to crew members Maintain a safe and organized job site Communicate with project managers and other trades on site Train and guide crew members when needed

Requirements:

5 + years of residential framing experience Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and layout framing Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to manage a crew and maintain productivity Own basic framing tools and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
