Fleet Supervisor Jackson Group Peterbilt - 3.1 Salt Lake City, UT Job Details 20 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description As a PacLease Fleet Supervisor , you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring their leased and rental equipment operates at peak performance. You will serve as a trusted partner to your assigned accounts, coordinating maintenance, managing repair costs, and helping customers navigate service‑related challenges with confidence and clarity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule all repairs and preventative maintenance for assigned PacLease customers to keep their fleet operating safely and efficiently. Review incoming repair orders to ensure accuracy, proper cost distribution, and compliance with PacLease standards. Manage fleet costs for both lease and rental units, maintaining a strong focus on financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Apply for warranty coverage when applicable; training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in warranty processes. Maintain daily communication with customers, assisting with any service‑related issues they encounter while operating their equipment. Partner closely with Jackson Group service departments to reduce downtime and improve repair turnaround times. Identify maintenance and repair trends within the fleet and escalate findings to the appropriate team members to support continuous improvement. Contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions — your voice and expertise will be valued, and your input will help shape the success of our department. Class B or A CDL license is not required but is a great benefit for the position we are looking to fill. Experience Preferred Good understanding and knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines and their requirements for maintenance/repairs. Good customer service skills and experience. Experience managing a heavy-duty fleet would be desired.
