Please note:
This is a Monday-Friday in office position at our Ashland corporate office. The Fleet Department Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining our company's fleet of vehicles. This includes overseeing vehicle maintenance, tracking registrations and insurance, managing driver records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Day in the
Life:
Fleet Department Administrative Specialist Maintain accurate records to include vehicle registrations, insurance, inspections, driver qualifications, licenses, and training records Ensure compliance with all DOT and/or DMV regulations (depending on specific requirements) Collaborate with vendors and process vehicle-related invoices and expenses in conjunction with our accounting department Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Prepare and analyze fleet-related reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime Need to
Succeed:
