//www.bloomistry.com/ to learn more Job Summary Bloomistry is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to help manage our team in Ashland, VA. This role combines hands-on landscaping expertise with leadership through overseeing projects, managing team members, and ensuring proper operations of equipment. We offer expert training to help you grow further with our team, but we're looking for someone who already brings landscaping management experience to the table. Duties Lead and supervise a landscape crew responsible for day-to-day installation and maintenance projects Oversee project timelines, task delegation, and job site workflow Communicate directly with customers to ensure expectations are met and projects run smoothly Train and mentor crew members, including newer team members learning the trade Ensure work meets Bloomistry's quality standards from start to finish Assign daily tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines. Skills and Qualifications 2-3 years experience in landscaping management preferred Proven supervising experience with excellent team management skills Project management experience Strong customer-facing communication skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to oversee multiple tasks while maintaining high standards What We Offer Starting pay of $20/hr, with room to grow based on experience and performance Starting as part-time with opportunity to move full-time Hands-on training from an experienced team A clear path to grow into more advanced roles A supportive team environment
