INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

JOB SUMMARY

The Routing Coordinator oversees the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of all routing processes within the division. This leadership role is responsible for guiding the routing team in evaluating current strategies, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance. The coordinator ensures effective collaboration across cross-functional departments to maintain strong communication and reliable data flow. This role provides strategic direction in the use of routing software, mapping tools, and transportation databases, leveraging analytics to monitor performance and support high-level decision-making. The coordinator ensures accuracy in route design, alignment with Division goals, and adherence to transportation best practices. The position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of school transportation operations, and the ability to lead a team to deliver efficient, safe, student-centered routing solutions.
