We are currently hiring a landscape crew leader. We manage 600 apartments in and around the Fan area of Richmond. Our landscape/grounds crew maintains our property's outdoor spaces including parking lots and landscaped areas. The Landscape crew leader must have at least 2 years of experience leading a crew of landscape technicians. Leader must be knowledgeable in shrub and bush trimming, mowing, blowing, planting, timing of lawn care chemical applications, aeration and seeding. Prior experience managing a crew of 2-4 people is an essential requirement of the job. Position requires driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, presentable grounds at our apartment communities . This involves general cleanup- mostly outdoor, some indoor. Candidate must be able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4PM. Must be able to climb extension ladders and use step ladders independently.
