Responsibilities Lead and oversee a crew to complete landscape enhancement projects efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations. Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to achieve their best performance. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely. Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in landscaping or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. A team-oriented, positive attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
