Experienced Landscaper Preferred Four Seasons Landscape & More is a family-owned and operated landscaping company proudly serving our community since 1996. We're looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, working alongside their team, and helping other succeed. As our Crew Leader, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our company. You'll help ensure our crews are prepared each morning, jobs are completed safely and efficiently, equipment is organized, and our team stays motivated while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilites Lead and work alongside landscape crews. Organize and direct morning crew meetings and daily job assignments. Ensure each crew properly loads and prepares their trucks, trailers, equipment, and materials for the day's scheduled work. Keep crews productive, motivated, and working efficiently throughout the day. Visit job sites to ensure quality workmanship and company standards are being met. Train, mentor, and support crew members. Communicate with the office regarding job progress, materials, or scheduling needs. Promote a safe respectful, and positive work environment. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Previous landscape or construction experience required. Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot landscaping equipment such as mowers, sting trimmers, blowers, and other small equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Why join Four Seasons? $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
