Job Description
- Starting at $26.00+ per hour BASE PAY, based on experience

- Hours vary based on customer demand and seasonality
- Most weeks provide full-time hours, although occasional slower weeks may have reduced hours What You'll Do
- Safely operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck
- Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial moves
- Direct the proper loading and unloading of the truck
- Pack, wrap, protect, load, and unload furniture and household goods
- Make sure customers' homes and belongings are properly protected
- Keep the crew working safely and efficiently throughout the job
- Provide professional customer service from start to finish
- Complete job paperwork and collect customer payments when required
- Perform basic truck inspections and report maintenance concerns What We're Looking For
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional moving company experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving a 26-foot box truck
- Experience with proper furniture protection, loading, and moving techniques
- Ability to lead a crew and keep a job organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to pass a DOT medical physical
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a moving Crew Leader, Foreman, or Driver
- Residential and commercial moving experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
