Job Description

Individual will oversee the daily operation of the lake facility and surrounding area. Ensure the guests have a safe and fun environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee and assist in training staff Follows opening & closing procedures Counts the money in the safe and distributes the money to the registers Ensures that daily operation procedures are followed Order change if necessary Periodically inspects playground equipment for unsafe areas and report any deficiencies to the manager Completes daily reports Verify shelters and restrooms are open and clean daily Locks up building at end of day and calls the park ranger to pick-up the money Maintain a safe environment at the lake and playground Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee 5-7 employees at the lake refreshment, lake dock, and mini golf operations. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
