We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Summary This position is responsible for supervising all operational activities within the FIL Department. The role ensures that production and quality requirements are consistently met while maintaining compliance Glovis and HMMA company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within the FIL Department, to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved. Monitor production activities, workflow, staffing, and equipment to maintain efficient and uninterrupted operations. Ensure employees follow established company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. Provide direction, coaching, and support to department employees to promote productivity, accountability, and teamwork. Monitor and address production or quality issues promptly to minimize downtime, waste, and defects. Coordinate with HMMA and other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain efficient production flow. Ensure proper documentation and completion of required production, quality, and operational records. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as needed. Review production performance and communicate operational concerns, priorities, and results to management. Skills Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality control standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet production deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to respond effectively to changing production demands. Ability to work OT, weekends, and/or Holidays Ability to supervise, lead, and motivate employees in a fast-paced production environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, supervisors, management, and other departments. Knowledge of company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Ability to train, coach, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
