3pm-11pm Position Summary We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing facility during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive productivity while fostering a positive team environment. This individual will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead 2nd shift warehouse and production employees to ensure daily operational and production goals are met. Assign work, monitor productivity, and adjust staffing to meet operational demands. Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Monitor production schedules and warehouse activities to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues. Conduct employee performance evaluations, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Ensure accurate inventory movement, shipping, receiving, and production documentation. Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Communicate shift performance, production updates, and operational concerns to management. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse facility, distribution center, manufacturing, or production environment is required. Hands-on warehouse facility experience, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Experience with production scheduling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Flexibility to work overtime, including mandatory Saturdays when required by business needs. Preferred Qualifications Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience. Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). OSHA or safety training is a plus.
