Job Responsibilities :

The position is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently, documented correctly, and shipped on time while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and verify orders according to packing lists and shipping instructions Package products to prevent damage and ensure safe transport Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and bills of lading Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely Load and unload shipments from carriers and company vehicles Maintain accurate shipment records using warehouse management systems Utilize Microsoft Office and shipping software to complete documentation and tracking Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and shipping regulations Complete tasks safely and efficiently with the highest level of quality in mind. Follow all safety rules and quality standards. Report safety hazards and incidents to management immediately. Maintain a team atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with coworkers and management. Handle any additional tasks as may be assigned by management
