Responsibilities Manage shipping and receiving processes using warehouse management systems and ERP software, ensuring accurate data entry and order fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick, pack, load, and unload shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers. Prepare shipping documentation in accordance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Monitor inventory levels through inventory management software and conduct regular stock checks to support warehouse distribution efficiency. Schedule shipments with carriers, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to delays or damages promptly. Ensure packaging meets safety standards and is optimized for cost-effective transportation. Maintain detailed records of all shipping & receiving activities, including inbound/outbound logs and incident reports. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of shipping logistics. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP systems) and inventory management software. Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and record keeping. Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities accurately. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
