Waaree Solar Americas Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time position. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and the safe handling of solar module materials. This role is crucial in maintaining a smooth supply chain to meet production and distribution demands across international markets.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of solar modules and materials. Lead a team of warehouse workers, including staffing, training, performance monitoring, and providing guidance to meet operational goals and productivity targets. Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the accurate tracking of stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper rotation of materials. Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards for quality control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and organization to improve efficiency and minimize product damage. Collaborate with procurement, production, and shipping departments to coordinate the timely delivery and receipt of goods. Drive productivity and efficiency improvements by implementing best practices and process enhancements. Maintain and enforces strict safety protocols, ensuring all warehouse personnel are trained on equipment usage and safety guidelines. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance. Troubleshoot and resolves operational issues that arise within the warehouse. Work with international teams to coordinate cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with local customs regulations and international shipping standards. Ensure all equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, is properly maintained and serviced. Other duties as assigned.
