The Warehouse II supports the daily operations at our Central Distribution Center by accurately receiving, storing, picking, and shipping plumbing and HVAC products. This role requires prior warehouse experience, including the use of RF scanners and forklift operation , while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using an RF scanner Load and unload shipments Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Receive, stock, and organize plumbing and HVAC materials and supplies Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Follow safety procedures and company policies Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed Job Requirements Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role (experience in construction, plumbing, or HVAC is preferred) RF Scanner experience Forklift experience (sit down, cherry picker, or stand up preferred) Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic computer proficiency: familiarity with inventory management software is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
