Full Job Description Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Mandarin/English) Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our large-scale facility. This role serves as the critical communication bridge between the corporate office and the warehouse floor, ensuring workflow efficiency, safety, and clear operational progress. You will lead a diverse, multilingual team, operating high-level machinery, and resolving floor-level challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Bridge:

Act as the primary liaison between the front office and the warehouse. Translate daily business objectives into actionable warehouse tasks and report back on progress, bottlenecks, and completion metrics.

Equipment Mastery:

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks at a professional, expert level. Serve as a standard-bearer for equipment safety and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Conflict Resolution:

Direct a diverse workforce of English, Mandarin, and Spanish speakers. Proactively address operational issues, speak up to correct unsafe or inefficient behaviors, and mediate team conflicts locally to prevent escalation to upper management.

Large-Scale Facility Management:

Navigate and optimize workflows within a 50,000+ sqft facility, specifically managing inventory and safety protocols associated with high-level racking systems.

Qualifications:

Language:

Fluency in Mandarin and English is absolutely required to communicate with management and staff. (Conversational Spanish is a highly valued plus).

Experience:

Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting exceeding 50,000 sqft. Must have hands-on experience with high-level racking inventory systems.

Technical Skills:

Valid certification and highly proficient, professional-level operational skills for forklifts (Reach/Sit-down/Stand-up) and motorized pallet jacks.

Soft Skills:
