Full Job Description Job Summary/Objective:

Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for our fulfillment center / 3rd party logistics service provider's day to day operating activities, to include inbound receiving, inventory management, outbound shipping, reverse logistics and customer support.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Ensure our fulfillment center / 3rd party logistics service provider operate at peak efficiency/accuracy, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse staffs and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics Manages series of complex warehouse related projects from requirements definition, development, testing, training, deployment to initial support Communicates effectively within the organization and to key cross-functional partners, providing project progress milestones, delays, and challenges in a timely manner Ensures project documentation is complete, current, and available for stakeholders to review Understand e-Commerce distribution process is a plus Requirements (Skills/Abilities/Experience): 3+ years of warehouse operations experience Collaborate with clients and vendors to make sure the inventory management is exceeded satisfaction Ability to establish and define processes, interrelationships, key controls and to continuously monitor and improve processes to facilitate the efficient and effective execution of business activities Good written and verbal skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach audience at all organizational levels Bilingual Mandarin fluency in written and verbal

Education/Licenses/certifications:
