Our company is still young as we are growing at a rapid pace! We are eagerly looking for a candidate who can help coordinate as well as enter data for our warehouse! The main role of the Warehouse Coordinator is to ensure that orders are entered correctly as well as assist in overseeing the shipping as well as receiving. They will be working closely with both the warehouse as well as the sales team in making sure orders are being shipped within a timely manner. In addition to managing the orders, there is also an expectation to ensure that inventory is accurate and correct. This position requires the candidate to be accurate in entering the order as well as able to work in a fast paced environment. Most importantly, the ideal candidate is someone who is a team player and is able to use their critical thinking skills to help navigate through situations that may require thinking outside of the box. As we are a growing company, we are looking for a long term committed candidate as there is the potential to further grow with the company as well as a management role. Experience in warehouse is not necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible and reliable person. The candidate will have an excellent attendance record. Punctual and ready to work at scheduled shifts. Team player with a positive attitude with demonstrated professionalism in the workplace. Self-reliant and thorough individual with little supervision to accomplish tasks properly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Be organized. Have excellent follow-through and time management skills. Work closely with receiving, picking, packing, returns, shipping, and warehouse management to maintain inventory accuracy. Ability to accurately calculate inventory and input data for transfer requests into Excel format Strong communication skills Communicate inventory discrepancies, count results, and inventory issues clearly to management. Strong Excel, computer, math, and numerical skills
WMS / ERP
experience a plus Previous experience in the apparel industry a great plus
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to speak English. Bilingual in Spanish highly recommended Proficiency in computers as well as data entry and excel Positive attitude as well as coachable Trustworthy, punctual, and accurate 1 year experience in the logistics and/ or administrative industry Excellent use of computer applications (Excel, Word, Google Sheets) Basic working knowledge of spreadsheets.
