Bilingual in English and Spanish Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Commerce, CA location. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising warehouse employees, coordinating drivers and deliveries, and ensuring efficient, organized daily operations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. Experience in produce, food distribution, or perishable goods is a plus. Key Responsibilities Supervise, lead, and support daily warehouse staff and workflow. Coordinate drivers, incoming and outgoing deliveries, and shipment schedules. Oversee shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory movement. Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, staged, and dispatched on time. Monitor employee productivity and maintain an organized, efficient warehouse. Communicate with drivers, warehouse employees, and management to resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with inventory accuracy, documentation, and shipment records. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and overall warehouse efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse employees. Experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, and daily warehouse operations. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse procedures. Proficiency with basic computer systems and warehouse documentation. Produce, food distribution, or perishable goods experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Employment Pay:

$28-$32 per hour, depending on experience.
