You will manage a small frontline team and partner with operations management to meet daily priorities and productivity targets. This is an onsite role working scheduled day or evening shifts at the facility. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Directly oversee a team of 5-8 pickers and loaders Drive queue maximization by stacking boxes to maximize container and trailer utilization Ensure loads are properly secured with straps to prevent product shift during transit Make safety a daily priority and reinforce safe loading and handling practices Coordinate daily outbound workload and assign associates to tasks and teams Monitor productivity and quality metrics and redirect labor as needed Train and coach associates on process, equipment, and safety standards Partner with area managers on attendance, behavior, and performance concerns Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Prior warehouse lead or working-supervisor experience in a metric-driven operation Experience leading a picking and loading team of comparable size (5-8 associates) Working knowledge of load building, cube optimization, and load securement Strong WMS proficiency and comfort with productivity reporting Basic Excel skills: data entry, filtering, and sorting Comfortable holding peers accountable and escalating appropriately Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must pass a written equipment assessment before starting and a hands-on certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite Site requirements: orange reflective safety vest for facility entry, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge or key fob access at all times Here's What Else Might Help You Out Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred) Pay Range $23.00 - $23.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
