Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse leadership experience, preferably in a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment , with strong skills in inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and employee supervision. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure that daily operations run efficiently, safely, and accurately while maintaining productivity and meeting customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse associates to ensure daily operational goals are met. Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Assign work, monitor employee productivity, and adjust staffing as needed based on workload. Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Coordinate 3PL warehouse activities and ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution. Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Provide coaching and support to warehouse associates and address performance issues when necessary. Communicate effectively with management, employees, customers, carriers, and other departments. Assist with resolving shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational issues. Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records, reports, and documentation. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall warehouse operations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, or similar leadership role . Experience managing and supervising warehouse associates. 3PL experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management or inventory systems preferred. Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
