Warehouse Supervisor Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Lead to support second-shift operations at a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center. This is a hands-on leadership position supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse operations under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a dependable, proactive leader who can work independently, communicate effectively, keep employees on task, and take initiative without needing constant direction. Key Responsibilities Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily inbound and outbound operations. Provide direction and guidance to warehouse associates. Communicate work instructions effectively in English and Spanish . Assign and adjust work based on volume, staffing, and operational priorities. Monitor workflow, productivity, accuracy, and completion of daily assignments. Identify and help resolve day-to-day operational issues. Support inbound operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, restocking, and inventory movement. Support outbound operations including picking, packing, sorting, staging, and shipping. Train and support new and existing warehouse associates. Keep employees focused on daily priorities and productivity expectations. Communicate attendance, staffing, productivity, safety, and operational concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure employees follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations. Support shift handoffs and communicate outstanding workload or operational concerns. Work alongside the team when additional support is needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred. Experience with both inbound and outbound warehouse operations preferred. Previous Lead experience preferred; extensive management experience is not required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work independently and take initiative. Dependable, organized, and responsible. Comfortable providing direction and keeping a team on task. Able to identify problems and communicate concerns appropriately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Willing to learn warehouse systems, procedures, and processes. Schedule & Availability This is a second-shift position .

Primary Schedule:

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM The schedule may change to 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM depending on operational needs. Weekend availability is required. Workdays and scheduled days off may vary based on business needs. Temp-to-Hire This is a temp-to-hire opportunity . The selected candidate must initially begin employment through our staffing agency.
