Bilingual English/Spanish required Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Lead to support second-shift operations in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center. This is a hands-on leadership position supporting both inbound and outbound operations under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a strong, independent leader who takes initiative, communicates well, and can keep the team organized and productive without requiring constant direction. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. All candidates must begin employment through our staffing agency. Conversion to a regular company position may be considered based on performance, attendance, business needs, and successful completion of the temporary assignment. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily inbound and outbound operations.
• Provide daily direction and guidance to warehouse associates.
• Communicate work instructions effectively in English and Spanish.
• Help assign and adjust work based on volume, staffing, and operational priorities.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, accuracy, and completion of daily assignments.
• Take initiative to identify and help resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Support inbound functions including receiving, put-away, replenishment/restocking, and inventory movement.
• Support outbound functions including picking, packing, sorting, staging, and shipping.
• Help train and support new and existing warehouse associates.
• Keep employees focused on daily priorities and productivity expectations.
• Communicate staffing, attendance, productivity, safety, and operational concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure employees follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations.
• Support shift handoffs and communicate outstanding workload or operational concerns.
• Work alongside the team when additional support is needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or management. Qualifications
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with both inbound and outbound operations preferred.
• Previous Lead experience is preferred, but extensive leadership experience is not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Dependable, responsible, organized, and able to follow through.
• Comfortable giving employees direction and keeping the team on task.
• Able to identify problems and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Schedule & Availability This position is assigned to second shift, with a primary schedule of 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM. The schedule may change to 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM depending on operational needs. Weekend availability is required. Workdays and scheduled days off may vary based on business needs. Temp-to-Hire Requirement This position pays $23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position is temp-to-hire, and the selected candidate must begin employment through our designated staffing agency. Candidates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership, reliability, attendance, performance, and overall fit for the position during the temporary assignment. Temp-to-hire status does not guarantee conversion to direct employment. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership and leads by example. The Senior Lead does not need to have years of management experience, but they should be confident working independently, comfortable directing a team, and able to recognize what needs to be done without waiting for constant instruction. The right person will be dependable, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable supporting both inbound and outbound operations while working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor.
