This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts . The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate shipment of orders while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the shipping team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Operate sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts to load/unload shipments and move inventory as needed. Verify shipping documentation, labels, and packing lists for accuracy. Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to optimize workflow and minimize errors. Train and mentor team members on proper shipping procedures and safety protocols. Monitor and maintain shipping supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety policies and OSHA regulations. Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Communicate with carriers and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a warehouse shipping leadership role. Forklift certified with experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker forklifts. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of apparel logistics and shipping processes is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
