As order volume increases, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support our daily operations. Position Overview The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, packaged with care, and shipped on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging accuracy Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow inventory procedures Assist with restocking, counting inventory, and tracking low-stock items Process shipments using company systems and carrier platforms Communicate any order issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies Support general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications Prior fulfillment, warehouse, or retail experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable using basic computer systems and shipping software Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Schedule and What we Offer Part-time schedule that could turn into full-time Opportunities for growth as the company expands Compensation Pay is based on experience , with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for growth as the role expands.
