Job Description

Job Overview Suitable Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for one of our clients in the City of Garde. 1st shift: 8 am-5 pm Pay Rate $25 Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels, cycle counts, and reconciliation using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely order fulfillment, picking & packing, and shipping & receiving procedures. Oversee transportation management by planning routes, scheduling freight pickups and deliveries, and collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and accuracy through data analysis and continuous review of operations. Supervise materials handling activities such as packaging, palletizing, and forklift operations to ensure safety standards are maintained. Support procurement and sourcing efforts by managing supplier relationships and assisting with category management initiatives. Monitor demand planning and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations while optimizing costs related to pricing and freight. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations with strong knowledge of logistics processes. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong data analysis skills for supply chain analytics and process improvement initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
