Your Role:
As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.
Position:
Onsite Coordinator Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday, AM shift, weekends and overtime as needed.
Pay Rate:
$19.00/
HR Benefits:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, a valid driver s license
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee attendance and punctuality of employeesLead and manage warehouse team with professionalismPrioritize tasks and meet deadlinesHandle workers' compensation and injury eventsConduct safety meetings and safety walksCertify employees on Material Handling EquipmentManage timekeeping for employee hoursMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly reportsIssue disciplinary actions when necessaryKeep the employee database updatedUndertake additional tasks as directed
What We Require:
High School Diploma/GED minimumWarehouse/distribution experience preferred, not requiredProficiency in MS Office, including Excel and WordStrong client service and relationship skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesBilingual in English and Spanish Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
