This role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records, tracking departmental information, supporting inventory and warehouse activities, and administering departmental training records to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities Enter and track departmental information and process performance using spreadsheets and database applications. Prepare and maintain documents, files, databases, SOPs, batch records, and other departmental records. Support warehouse operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies and equipment. Maintain and administer departmental training records and systems. Support document and batch record control, inventory management, training, and other quality and business systems. Communicate effectively across multiple functional areas. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, email, and intranet systems. Complete online forms and searches related to training, performance management, and self-service applications. Follow detailed written instructions and established procedures. Support continuous improvement and identify solutions to operational challenges. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, including cell culture, purification, and buffer/media preparation. Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures. Working knowledge of quality and business systems, including document/batch record control, inventory control, and training systems. Ability to perform high school-level mathematics and work with both metric and U.S. measurement standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer, word processing, spreadsheet, and typing skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to quality, accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work Environment Primarily an indoor work environment with normal office conditions. May work in areas with noise above 85 dBA and may require hearing protection. May work around chemicals, dust, gases, fumes, acids, buffers, alcohol, celite, and liquid nitrogen. May require respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment. May work around moving equipment and machinery. May be required to work at heights, on uneven ground, or in areas requiring special protective equipment. May be required to work a different shift based on business needs. Overtime may be required, including working more than 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May travel to other facilities, training sites, or off-site meetings. Physical Requirements Position requires sedentary to medium physical exertion. May require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and twisting. May require repetitive use of hands and arms. May require simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, and pushing/pulling. May require climbing step stools and ladders. May require lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs. May require operation of cars, trucks, forklifts, or other equipment. May require repetitive foot movements or operation of foot controls. May require working around noise, chemicals, fumes, and moving machinery. Do you have experience with cGMP manufacturing, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), SOPs, batch records, or other quality systems? Are you proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, email, and other computer-based systems? Are you available to work Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, on a 2nd shift, and able to work overtime or a different shift when required?
