You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy while managing a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse operation experience, including cross-border e-Commerce fulfillment and drop shipping operations. Fluency in both English and Chinese is strictly required for this role, as you will be communicating with our bilingual staff, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Workflow:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Team Leadership:
Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff. Manage employee schedules, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory levels by overseeing regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Ensure all equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is properly maintained and operated safely.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for workflow improvement and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to upper management regarding warehouse performance
Qualifications & Skills Language Requirement:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
Leadership:
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating a diverse workforce.
Problem-Solving:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues in a fast-paced environment.
