JOB SUMMARY
Warehouse specialist handling end-to-end logistics operations by providing support to the warehouse floor. Manage all incoming shipments, inventory stocking, and outgoing order fulfillments. Maintain the daily operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately received, safely stored, and efficiently packed for our customers. Preserves organization and cleanliness within the warehouse.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming shipments by unloading trucks, verify delivery receipts, and inspect goods for damage Unpack, label, and stock shelves according to our warehouse organizational system Pick products accurately from shelves using picking lists or handheld scanners Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for outbound transport or shipping Keep aisles clear, follow safety protocols, and report any equipment hazards immediately Use pallet jacks, forklifts and scanners safely Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying the manager Place and organize materials in their assigned locations Use of ERP system to print out customer orders, find product locations, and complete

(Buy Online Pickup in Store) orders Maintain accuracy and attention to detail ensuring transfers/shipments are picked and shipped according to picking ticket specifications Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
GED, High School Diploma or At least 3 years' experience of previous warehouse (Shipping/Receiving), fulfillment, or retail stocking
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to match product codes and numbers accurately. Double-checks the accuracy of information and work product to provide accurate and consistent work Speaks clearly and can be easily understood Writes using concrete, specific wording while adhering to basic grammar rules Interpersonal skills: active listening, dependability, flexibility, and positive attitude.
Computer skills:
basic understanding of how to use the Windows operating system, including such tasks as locating and opening/closing files, installing/running programs, and shutting down the computer. Seeks out and/or accepts additional responsibilities in the context of the job Be a self-starter. Clearly understanding the needs of the branch concerning cleanliness, inventory, and stocking should leave little time down. Able to work in a Team environment and acceptance to constructive communication. Able to follow instructions and supervision Previous warehouse experience Previous shipping/receiving experience Demonstrated job stability Must have DOT Medical Certification Experience operating a commercial vehicle up to 19,500lbs GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting /
Carrying:
Ability to lift or move items ranging from up to 50 pounds.
Mobility:
Significant walking, standing, and climbing
Physical Agility:
Occasional crouching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, or bending to access client sites or handle equipment. Frequently utilization of fine finger dexterity for digital systems and equipment inspections.
Sensory Requirements:
High level of verbal communication (talking/hearing) and clear close/distance vision for driving and presentations.
Environmental Adaptability:
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments, including warehouses, or outside. Varied Temperature changes, minimal chemical hazards, Vibration, dust and vehicle noise.
