CFO About Us Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center (BACHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve. We are committed to excellence, teamwork, and accountability in all that we do. Position Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Inventory Clerk to join our team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of supplies and equipment. This role ensures that materials are well-tracked, properly stored, and available to support the daily operations of our clinics. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and equipment. Record all receipts, issues, and adjustments accurately in inventory logs. Issue and distribute supplies to departments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventories. Monitor expiration dates of perishable items to prevent waste. Maintain organized and safe storage areas. Prepare simple reports on stock levels, usage, and discrepancies. Support forecasting of supply needs and recommend process improvements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in inventory, stockroom, or supply chain. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems). Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Why Join Us?
