In this role, you will coordinate UPS, FedEx, and freight pickups, stage orders, and ensure all shipments leave accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive and dependable.

Responsibilities:

Review the daily shipping schedule and prioritize orders for timely dispatch. Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) for accuracy. Communicate shipment status to Customer Service and other internal teams

Qualifications:

1-3 years of shipping or warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with freight carriers, including UPS, FedEx Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. We are seeking someone proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership of the shipping dock to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
