10pm start(10-12 hour shifts

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager in a cold storage facility is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all operational activities within the facility. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing processes, and maintaining the quality and integrity of stored products.

MUST HAVE CONTINUOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AS A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER IN A COLD STORAGE MUST HAVE STAND UP FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A GRAVE SHIFT PEOPLE WHO BOUNCE AROUND ON JOBS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
