Position Summary The Sorting Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations at the ORD Hub, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized execution across inbound, sorting, and outbound activities. The role leads frontline employees and Team Leads, monitors operational performance, and drives continuous improvement to meet service and productivity goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner. Manage frontline employees and Team Leads, including shift scheduling and staffing allocation, to ensure production goals are met. Supervise operational quality and efficiency across Inbound, Sorting, and Outbound processes. Monitor key operational KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and on-time performance, and promptly identify and resolve operational issues. Implement and maintain safety standards, 5S practices, and standardized warehouse procedures in accordance with company requirements. Responsible for employee training, performance management, and team development to continuously improve team execution and productivity. Maintain effective communication and coordination with pickup, transportation, last-mile delivery, and other departments to resolve daily operational issues. Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve sorting efficiency and service quality. Be flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and during peak business periods as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in logistics, express delivery, warehouse, or sorting center operations. Strong onsite operations management and people management skills. Familiarity with warehouse sorting processes and KPI management. Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for daily communication and coordination. Ability to independently solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in Excel and other commonly used office software.
