Full Job Description Location:

Orange, CA (Extensive Domestic Travel Required)

Pay:

$18.75 - $21.75/hour + Overtime +

Full-Time Ready to Hit the Road and Make an Impact? We are looking for motivated, hands-on warehouse professionals to join our Travel Team based in Orange, CA. This unique opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy variety, travel, and solving operational challenges across multiple warehouse locations nationwide. If you're experienced in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, forklift operation, and warehouse organization, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills while traveling to support warehouse operations across the country. What You'll Do As a member of the Warehouse Travel Team, you will travel to branch locations that require additional support due to staffing shortages, inventory projects, warehouse reorganizations, or fluctuations in shipping and receiving volume.

Responsibilities include:

Picking and preparing customer orders for shipment Building and shrink-wrapping pallets Reviewing and processing shipping documentation Loading and unloading shipments Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely Supporting inventory counts and reconciliation efforts Updating warehouse locations and inventory systems Assisting with warehouse layout improvements and organization Coordinating inbound and outbound freight activities Communicating with carriers and logistics providers Maintaining daily activity logs and project updates Following all safety and operational procedures Travel Requirements Travel domestically approximately 65% to 75% of the time Support projects and warehouse operations across multiple U.S. locations Flexible scheduling required based on business needs and project demands Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Two Saturdays per month 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Experience using tablets or mobile technology Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or experience Shipping and receiving experience Inventory control experience Warehouse reorganization or project support experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Career growth opportunities Travel-based role with exposure to operations across the country Why Join Us?
