A Train Staffing is looking for an experienced SCIT Supervisor to join our team at a large food distribution center in Palmdale, CA . The SCIT Supervisor will oversee daily operations, support warehouse staff, and help ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and company standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment and can effectively communicate with employees and management.

$70,304 per year Responsibilities Supervise and lead warehouse employees during daily operations Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and accuracy Train, coach, and support team members Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when needed Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Coordinate with management and other departments to address operational needs Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily employee assignments Address employee questions and day-to-day operational issues Monitor productivity and help meet department goals Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation Support overall warehouse and distribution center operations Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Warehouse, distribution, food distribution, or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
