Position Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Job Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, staging, and movement of freight. Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees to meet productivity and performance goals. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficient operations. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company and safety procedures. Train new team members on operational processes, equipment, and safety standards. Monitor productivity, identify operational issues, and implement solutions as needed. Communicate with management and other teams regarding operational needs, performance, and challenges. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and productive warehouse environment. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations. Prior supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and productivity standards. Experience with material-handling equipment, WMS, scanners, or similar warehouse technology is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
