Full-Time We are currently hiring an experienced and dependable Warehouse Light Industrial Lead to join our team in Perris, CA. The Warehouse Lead will provide hands-on leadership and direction to warehouse associates while supporting daily operations, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who can lead by example, communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and work alongside employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and light industrial activities. Assign work and provide direction to warehouse associates based on operational priorities. Monitor productivity, attendance, work quality, and adherence to company procedures. Train and assist new and existing employees on processes, safety procedures, and equipment. Ensure orders, materials, and products are processed accurately and efficiently. Assist with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, sorting, staging, loading, and unloading as needed. Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to help meet daily production goals. Conduct quality checks and promptly address discrepancies or errors. Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and warehouse organization. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Promote safe work practices and report hazards, injuries, or equipment concerns. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment when properly qualified. Communicate operational updates, staffing concerns, and performance issues to supervisors or management. Assist employees with questions and help resolve routine operational issues. Maintain accurate paperwork, production records, shipping documents, and other required documentation. Support initiatives designed to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency. Perform hands-on warehouse duties when staffing or workload requires. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial experience required. Previous lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively assign tasks and prioritize work. Ability to work alongside a team and lead by example. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals. Basic computer and documentation skills. Forklift or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to be hands-on. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
