Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Richmond, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics professional who can lead daily mailroom and shipping operations while also performing local driving duties as needed. The Shipping Supervisor will help keep materials, mail, packages, and outbound shipments moving accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily mailroom, shipping, receiving, and package handling activities to ensure accurate and timely processing. Coordinate outgoing shipments, internal mail distribution, package tracking, and related documentation. Perform local driving duties to pick up, deliver, or transport mail, packages, supplies, or materials as required. Lead and support team members by assigning work, monitoring productivity, and maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized mailroom, shipping area, and vehicle in accordance with company procedures. Communicate with internal departments, vendors, carriers, and team members to resolve shipment or delivery issues.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$26.00 per hour.
