$35.00 - $38.00 per hour

People, Process, Product, Profit. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, shipping, inventory, and light assembly operations. This position will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating shipments, supporting customer and vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient day-to-day facility operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people and processes while also being comfortable working with computer systems and inventory/ERP software. Knowledge of Epicor is preferred but not required. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Operations Supervisor, or similar leadership role
Experience overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving
Experience leading, training, and developing employees
Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS software
Manufacturing, distribution, or light assembly experience preferred
Epicor ERP experience is a plus Job Duties Supervise warehouse, shipping, inventory, and light assembly operations
Lead, train, coach, and onboard team members
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and order processing activities
Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory management functions
Monitor material levels and resolve inventory discrepancies
Work with vendors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments
Support customer service efforts and resolve operational issues
Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Perform hands-on warehouse and light assembly tasks as needed
Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and operational standards
Complete employee reviews and support performance development
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. Physical Capabilities Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
