This position works directly with the On-Site Manager, client leadership, branch recruiting team, and our associates to help ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, managing multiple priorities, communicating with employees and client leadership, and resolving issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities Oversee agency associates working at the client site Serve as a point of contact between Epic, the client, and associates Assist with employee scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related activities Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed Assist with corrective actions and employee relations matters Conduct safety walks and safety start-up meetings Monitor warehouse associates for safety and performance expectations Assist with incident and injury investigations Communicate staffing needs and manpower requests to the branch Provide feedback regarding associate performance and placements Maintain strong communication with client supervisors and management Complete shift handoffs and communicate outstanding tasks Help identify and resolve operational issues quickly Support employee engagement and retention efforts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling employee concerns and workplace situations Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, and/or Planner Familiarity with applicant tracking or timekeeping systems is helpful Ability to work a flexible schedule, additional hours, and be on call as needed Work Environment This position works within a distribution center and requires spending time on the warehouse floor. Temperatures may range from cold/freezing areas to warmer warehouse environments. The position may require extended walking on concrete floors and lifting up to 50 lbs.
