This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving daily productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer service while developing and holding warehouse associates accountable. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and overall operational performance Maintain inventory accuracy and control Prepare and complete month-end reports and operational reporting Support quarterly productivity and performance initiatives designed to achieve company goals Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and performance expectations Ensure inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately and according to SOPs Identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and take action quickly Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while meeting deadlines Partner with Operations Management and HR on staffing, performance, and employee-related issues Promote a positive, professional, safe, and accountable work environment Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience 3PL, fulfillment, pick/pack/ship experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations Comfortable working with reports, metrics, and month-end reporting Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines and performance goals Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with a WMS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Forklift certification required Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus Experience in a multi-shift operation a plus
