• 12:30pm This position will require mandatory overtime.

Compensation to

Start:

$23.00

• $25.

00 (depending on experience) + $1/hour shift differential

San Bernardino Job Duties:

Support the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Manager in the distribution of workload assignments for the workgroup while providing support to warehouse representatives. Ensures consistent enforcement of company, safety, and department policies and procedures within prescribed department(s) and reports problems or concerns to Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. As a working lead, you will still safely operate a forklift or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods. Performs other warehouse related duties and projects as assigned. Find ways to cut waste with LEAN initiatives (if you don't know what LEAN is don't worry, we'll teach you!)

Qualifications:

12 months of warehouse or logistics experience and operations 12 months of experience in a leadership role of 5 or more employees required. Experience with slip sheeting preferred. Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment including handling multiple projects at one time Effectively communicate in writing and verbally to warehouse workers and leaders of all levels within the organization Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when and if needed Communication skills both written and verbal
