This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse, inventory, and logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership of organized, accurate, and efficient operations. The Warehouse and Inventory Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, vendor coordination, and field logistics support. This position supports multiple business functions, including company inventory, marketing and event materials, equipment, specialty products, demonstration assets, and business-related supplies. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values independence, accountability, and variety in their day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for merchandise, apparel, event materials, company assets, specialty products, equipment, and other business inventory. Organize and manage warehouse space, storage containers, designated storage areas, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and accessible operations. Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, UPS shipments, carrier pickups, deliveries, packing lists, and related documentation. Perform routine inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, monitor inventory levels, and recommend replenishment as needed. Support purchasing and vendor activities, including purchase order tracking, vendor communication, order status follow-up, and documentation organization. Assist with event logistics, crating, product demonstrations, field support, vehicle loading, deliveries, pickups, setup, teardown, and safe transportation of materials.
