Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our hardworking Installation Warehouse (Installation Warehouse) team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities, people leadership, and business results for a single satellite warehouse.

Compensation Information:

$90,000 annually plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Direct supervision and performance monitoring of all hourly IW associates. Responsible for technical training of all new hires. Successful completion of all daily warehouse work activities, including (but not limited to): Daily pre- and post-loadout activities. Receive/unload/verify shipments. Cycle counts and pending reviews. Proper management/storage of inventory. Processing of all returned inventory. Conduct the technical training of all new hires. Weekly management/supervisor cycle counts. Regular warehouse audits to ensure safety and cleanliness. Safely operate forklift and/or other specialized machinery, and ensure associates follow policies on machinery. Work with management to correct safety and occupational issues as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous high-volume warehouse experience. Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery safely. Knowledge of warehouse management systems. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed. High level of internal and external customer service. Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs. Why Empire Today?
