Job Description

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in San Francisco, CA area! •Must be open to shift•
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a high-performing team by establishing clear accountability, setting performance expectations, and fostering employee engagement and development. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment focused on trust, teamwork, safety, quality, and alignment with organizational values. Direct all shipping and warehouse operations for assigned shifts, providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Maintain overall accountability for shift performance, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operational processes. Manage end-to-end warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory control, storage, order fulfillment, sanitation, and distribution of materials and finished goods. Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and material availability to effectively support production and operational requirements. Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily workloads and special projects to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion. Ensure products and operational processes consistently met quality standards and complied with company, state, and federal requirements. Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and internal policies, promoting a culture of safety and regulatory adherence. Monitor performance against budgetary and operational targets, driving improvements in labor productivity, waste reduction, and overall efficiency. Leverage technology, warehouse management systems, and Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and support continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and implemented process improvements and cost-saving opportunities that enhanced operational effectiveness and reduced expenses. Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, resolve operational challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred 1-5 years of experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment Understanding of production, operations and manufacturing processes Proven ability to lead, manage and develop employees Working knowledge of equipment and maintenance operations #JDP
