You will own daily warehouse operations end to end, from order fulfillment to team performance, and work closely with the Head of Operations to build the systems and processes that keep things running. Systems fluency is non-negotiable in this role — you will live in our ERP and WMS daily and be the team's go-to resource for resolving system-level issues. What You Will Do Lead and develop the team Set the tone for professionalism and accountability daily. Motivate, mentor, and hold the team to clear standards. Deliver onboarding and recurrent training. Run tri-annual performance assessments. Execute counseling records, incident reports, and disciplinary warnings when needed. Own warehouse operations Supervise all daily warehouse activity. Monitor and enforce the cadence of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Step in and work alongside the team when the operation demands it. Drive systems and reporting Become the ERP and WMS super-user. Use data, KPIs, and metrics to track productivity, surface issues, and keep the team accountable. Collaborate with the Head of Operations to build or refine KPIs as the business grows. Solve problems and improve processes Lead root cause analysis on operational failures. Revise or create SOPs. Communicate policy changes and process updates clearly to the team. Hire and build the team Lead candidate evaluations for warehouse and front office roles. Partner with HR throughout the hiring process. What You Bring Advanced, hands-on proficiency in ERP and WMS platforms is required. Candidates without demonstrated systems experience will not be considered. 2+ years supervising or managing in a warehouse, distribution center, or operations environment Strong working knowledge of RF scanners and Microsoft Office and Teams Clear, direct communicator who can translate complex problems into plain language Detail-oriented, high sense of urgency, and able to prioritize across competing demands Collaborative by default, but decisive when it counts Physically able to lift 50 pounds and be on the warehouse floor for most of the day
